• Print nozzle test on scrap paper — all 4 lines sharp
• Batch number, MFD, and expiry date verified — MUST match Machinery Log Book batch reference
• Ink dry time checked — quick-dry must be dry before stacking

7. Troubleshooting
CRITICAL RULE: Batch number on packed product MUST match batch number in Machinery Log Book. Any mismatch = FSSAI compliance failure. Stop production and report to supervisor immediately.
