1. Pre-operation checklist
• Mesh/sieve checked for tears — hold to LIGHT SOURCE — any tear = REPLACE BEFORE USE
• Mesh size correct for product specification
• Vibration mounts secure — check all 4 corners
• Collection vessels in place at inlet and outlet

2. Start-up procedure
1. Switch on — machine reaches operating vibration in 10 sec
2. Feed powder steadily — do not dump entire batch

3. Monitor through-fraction (correct size) and oversize fraction SEPARATELY
4. Oversize fraction: return to Pulveriser (Sl.15) for regrinding
5. Through-fraction: proceed to Filler (Sl.19)
6. Do not overload — excess material reduces sifting efficiency

• Vibration mounts loose = machine vibrates excessively — STOP and tighten before continuing
