• Dust collection bag attached at outlet

2. Start-up procedure

1. Switch on — allow 15 sec to reach speed
2. Feed grain steadily — rated 35 kg/hr

3. Operating steps / parameters

1. Switch on — allow 15 sec to reach speed
2. Feed grain steadily — rated 35 kg/hr
3. Monitor output — uniform white powder, no husk fragments, no discolouration
4. Cool-down after every 1 hour — same as Sl.14
5. Run empty 2 min before switching off

4. Shutdown procedure

5. Run empty 2 min before switching off

5. Cleaning / sanitation

• Remove sieve and brush clean
• FULL brush-clean of hopper and all contact surfaces before any commodity change
• Log: grain type | sieve mesh used | input weight | output weight | particle size check

6. Safety / PPE

• DUST MASK required
• NEVER use for spices — cross-contamination failure

7. Troubleshooting

Same as Sl.14 — inconsistent fineness or motor heat — call supervisor

8. Preventive maintenance

Routine prevention is embedded in the pre-operation and post-operation checks; no separate time-based preventive-maintenance interval is stated on the source card.
