Operating SOP
1. Pre-operation checklist
• SS304 drum completely clean from previous batch
• Temperature probe checked — reads ambient before starting
• Drum rotation — rotate manually 2 turns to check free movement
• Pre-heat: switch on heating 5 min before loading

2. Start-up procedure
1. Pre-heat to target temperature
2. Load product — MAXIMUM 25 kg — do not exceed

3. Start drum rotation
4. Monitor temperature continuously — DO NOT leave unattended
5. Spices: 140–160°C / 10–12 min | Groundnut: 160°C / 12–15 min | Millets: 130–140°C / 10 min
6. Maximum 25 minutes per batch — beyond this, burning risk
7. Discharge into clean tray — spread to cool — do not pile hot product
8. Allow drum to cool before next batch
