• Correct sieve mesh selected and locked — fine for flour, coarse for semolina

2. Start-up procedure
1. Switch on — allow 15 sec to reach speed
2. Feed dehusked grain steadily — rated 35 kg/hr

3. Monitor flour output — uniform colour, no husk pieces

5. Cool down 10 min after every 1 hour continuous run

7. Troubleshooting
Inconsistent flour size, motor running hot, unusual grinding noise — stop and call supervisor
