1. Pre-operation checklist
• Sealing bar clean — residue causes weak seals
• Vacuum pump oil level checked — below minimum damages pump
• Gaskets around chamber intact
• Test pull — chamber door closes and seals fully
• Vacuum pump oil level checked — below minimum damages pump

2. Start-up procedure
1. Place filled pouch in vacuum chamber — pouch mouth correctly over sealing bar
2. Close chamber lid FIRMLY

1. Place filled pouch in vacuum chamber — pouch mouth correctly over sealing bar
2. Close chamber lid FIRMLY
3. Press start — machine evacuates air then heat seals automatically
4. Wait for cycle to complete — DO NOT open mid-cycle
5. Check seal on first 3 pouches: press firmly 10 seconds — air reentry = seal failure — reseal
