Operating SOP

1. Pre-operation checklist

• 3-in-1 Polishing Machine (Sl.12) completed first — ONLY cleaned grain enters
• Husk separation outlet clear — collection bag attached
• Rubber rollers alignment checked — must be parallel
• Discharge outlet clear

2. Start-up procedure

1. Switch on — allow 10 sec to reach full speed
2. Feed cleaned pulses from Sl.12 steadily

3. Operating steps / parameters

2. Feed cleaned pulses from Sl.12 steadily
3. Check husk separation — dal output should be clean, minimal skin residue
4. Clear husk outlet every 30 minutes
5. Check splitting efficiency — minimum 85% of whole pulses must split cleanly
6. Run machine empty 1 min when batch complete

5. Cleaning / sanitation

• Clear husk from collection bag
• Brush all surfaces
• Log: pulse variety | input weight | dal output weight | husk weight | efficiency observed

7. Troubleshooting

Splitting below 80%, excessive breakage above 8%, or squealing from rollers — call supervisor

8. Preventive maintenance

Routine prevention is embedded in the pre-operation and post-operation checks; no separate time-based preventive-maintenance interval is stated on the source card.
