1. Pre-operation checklist
• SS304 mixing bowl completely clean — no residue from previous pickle variety
• All ingredients weighed per CFTRI formula before switching on
• Motor seals intact — no oil leakage around shaft

2. Start-up procedure
1. Load vegetables into bowl first
2. Add measured oil

3. Add spice powders and salt per CFTRI formula — SEQUENCE MATTERS
4. Switch on at LOW speed — mix 2 min
5. Increase to MEDIUM speed — mix 20–25 min until uniform
6. Check: all vegetable pieces should have even spice coating — no dry patches
7. Switch off — TRANSFER IMMEDIATELY to Sl.30 for filling — do not leave pickle in bowl
