1. Pre-operation checklist
• Confirm FOIL LINER present inside each cap before fitting — no foil = no seal possible
• Cap screwed on HAND-TIGHT — not over-tightened, not loose
• Sealing head clean
• Power set to correct level for this bottle diameter
• Cap screwed on HAND-TIGHT — not over-tightened, not loose

2. Start-up procedure
1. Hold sealing head 2–3mm ABOVE bottle cap
2. Press and hold 2–3 seconds — DO NOT hold longer (overheating damages foil)

3. Operating steps / parameters
1. Hold sealing head 2–3mm ABOVE bottle cap
2. Press and hold 2–3 seconds — DO NOT hold longer (overheating damages foil)
3. Move to next bottle
4. Test seal on first 5 bottles: unscrew cap — foil must be FULLY ADHERED to bottle mouth — no gaps
5. Reject any bottle with partial seal — reseal
6. Switch off BETWEEN BATCHES — do not leave energised when not in use

5. Cleaning / sanitation
• Wipe sealing head with dry cloth

6. Safety / PPE
• Sealing head generates electromagnetic field — PACEMAKER WEARERS must not approach
• Do not hold head against stationary bottle more than 3 seconds — overheating deforms bottle neck

7. Troubleshooting
Seal incomplete despite correct hold time (power output check) | Sealing head overheating (cooling break) — call supervisor
