• XD31 ink cartridge — minimum 20% remaining
• Speed set to LOW for first run
• Bottle guide width correct for this bottle diameter
• Test label printed — check alignment before production

1. Load label roll per threading diagram on machine
2. Switch on — run 3 test bottles at SLOW speed

CRITICAL: Batch number on label MUST match Machinery Log Book batch number for that session — FSSAI traceability requirement. Any mismatch is a compliance failure.
