1. Pre-operation checklist
• Bowl completely clean and dry — no residue
• All ingredients weighed before switching on
• Correct mixing attachment fitted
• Speed set to LOW before loading

2. Start-up procedure
1. Load DRY ingredients first (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt)
2. Mix at LOW speed 1 minute
2. Mix at LOW speed 1 minute

3. Add fat (butter/oil) gradually while mixing
4. Increase to MEDIUM speed
5. Mix 3–5 minutes until uniform dough
6. Switch off — remove dough immediately

• Remove all dough from bowl immediately
• Wash bowl with warm water — NO harsh chemical cleaners
• Dry completely before next use

• Never reach into bowl while running
• Do not exceed rated batch size
• Keep on stable surface — vibration can cause tipping

Mixing not uniform after 5 min, unusual motor sound, bowl not locking — call supervisor
