1. Pre-operation checklist
• Flush nozzle with 100ml food-grade oil before first fill
• Anti-drip tested — should stop flow cleanly with zero drip
• Fill volume set and tested on first 3 bottles — verify on Weighing Machine
• SS304 contact parts clean — NO water residue

2. Start-up procedure
1. Set target fill volume
2. Fill 3 test bottles — weigh — adjust if outside ±1%

3. Hold bottle STRAIGHT under nozzle — angled bottles cause spillage
