• Safety guard on rotating parts — LOCKED
• Groundnut pods DRY — wet pods clog machine

2. Start-up procedure
1. Switch on BLOWER first — wait 30 seconds
2. Switch on main motor

3. Feed pods into hopper steadily — 100–150 kg/hr MAX
4. Adjust blower if shells in kernel output
5. Empty shell bag when 70% full
6. Check kernel breakage every 30 min — above 5% means adjust
7. Run machine empty 2 min when batch complete
8. Switch off BLOWER LAST

Kernel breakage above 5% consistently, blower airflow drops, or unusual vibration — call supervisor
